These terms govern your use of theservicebook.uk and the ServiceBook early access waitlist. The site is operated by ServiceBook Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17111350). Registered office: 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE.
By using the site or joining the waitlist you accept these terms. Separate terms will govern the ServiceBook apps and booking platform when they launch; you'll be asked to accept those in-app at that time.
Early access waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation. We issue invitations in waves. Information you provide must be accurate; email hello@theservicebook.uk to update it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or other people's information
- Disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Intellectual property
The site, its content, design, source code, and the ServiceBook name and logo are owned by ServiceBook Ltd or licensed to us. You may view and share links to pages on the site but may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of it without our prior written consent.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but give no guarantee of uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is capped at £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Privacy
Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy notice.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here with the "last updated" date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where you are a consumer in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case the courts of your home jurisdiction also apply.
