On one side: home owners, landlords, property managers, letting agents and BTR operators — anyone responsible for keeping properties running. On the other: vetted contractors — independent professionals who turn up and get paid for it. Both have been let down by the system they currently work in. We're building the one that works for them not against.
Where we're launching
A selection of London boroughs first.
We're opening across a selection of London boroughs and rapidly expanding across the rest of the city through 2026. UK-wide rollout follows. Density first, expansion second: one focused catchment with deep supply beats broad coverage with thin availability.
